Common Fraud Tactics: Scammers continue to rely on four primary methods: soliciting stock purchases via SMS and LINE groups, operating illegal trading platforms, impersonating legitimate financial institutions, and promising high returns through fraudulent cryptocurrency schemes. These tactics remain the most prevalent threats to retail investors.
Regulatory Response: To mitigate risks associated with the current bull market, the FSC has directed the Taiwan Stock Exchange to intensify its monitoring and reporting efforts.
