Mothers Pharm and E9Pay File for KOSDAQ IPO

The Korea Exchange has received preliminary IPO applications from pharmaceutical manufacturer Mothers Pharm and digital remittance firm E9Pay.
What Happened
IPO Filing: The KOSDAQ Market Division of the Korea Exchange announced on the 31st that it has received preliminary listing applications from two companies, Mothers Pharm and E9Pay. This marks the beginning of the formal process for both companies to enter the public stock market.
Mothers Pharm Performance: Mothers Pharm, a pharmaceutical manufacturing company, reported annual revenue of 228.8 billion KRW and an operating profit of 13.6 billion KRW last year. NH Investment & Securities and KB Securities have been appointed as joint underwriters for the IPO.
E9Pay Business: E9Pay, classified under the financial services sector, specializes in digital remittance solutions. The company demonstrated strong financial health last year by recording 64.7 billion KRW in revenue and 23.7 billion KRW in operating profit.
Underwriting Partners: Korea Investment & Securities will serve as the lead underwriter for E9Pay's listing. Both companies will now undergo the preliminary review process before proceeding to the public offering stage and final listing on the KOSDAQ.
