Daishin Asset Trust has signed an MOU to manage and support the development of a 59-story mixed-use residential and commercial complex in Busan's Centum City.

Project Participation: Daishin Asset Trust has officially entered into a memorandum of understanding with the Centum City Urban Mixed-Use Development Committee. The company will oversee project management and provide support for necessary administrative permits and approvals.
Development Scope: The project is located in U-dong, Haeundae-gu, Busan, covering an area of approximately 99,368 square meters. The plan involves constructing a high-density complex reaching up to 59 stories, integrating residential, commercial, and cultural facilities.
Strategic Location: The site boasts excellent connectivity, situated near Centum City Station on Busan Metro Line 2 and the Donghae Line. It also offers proximity to natural amenities like the Suyeong River waterfront and Jangsan Mountain, alongside established educational infrastructure.
Strategic Outlook: CEO Kim Song-kyu emphasized that the company will leverage its professional management expertise to ensure the project proceeds smoothly. This development utilizes a high-density model distinct from traditional reconstruction methods to maximize urban utility.
