What Happened
Doubled Profit: Yc-Inox reported third-quarter revenue of approximately 2.63 billion TWD, a 10.4% year-over-year increase. Net profit surged 103% to 128 million TWD, resulting in a quarterly EPS of 0.77 TWD, with year-to-date EPS reaching 2.43 TWD.
Strategic Transformation: The company has successfully increased value-added per unit through precision processing and product mix optimization. Its subsidiary, Ningbo Qiyi, has excelled in the 3C electronics and home appliance sectors, achieving a 29% gross margin and serving as a key profit driver.
Market Positioning: Yc-Inox is reducing its reliance on commodity stainless steel trading in favor of high-margin manufacturing and electronic components. With new production lines at Ningbo Qiyi coming online, the proportion of high-value products is expected to climb further.
AI Opportunities: Analysts are optimistic about Yc-Inox's potential to penetrate the AI supply chain, as demand for precision metal components in AI servers and high-end electronics continues to rise. Securing supply chain certifications could further expand the application of its high-value materials.
