Securing IPO Eligibility: TPG has officially received a technology business approval letter from the Ministry of Digital Affairs, confirming its innovation and market potential. Chairman Yao Sheng-fu stated that the company is preparing for its IPO filing, which is expected to be submitted as early as the fourth quarter of this year.
Financial Performance: While the company reported a net loss of NT$65.79 million for the first half of the year, the loss per share of NT$0.11 shows improvement compared to the previous year. Cumulative revenue for the first seven months reached NT$497 million, representing a 12.9% year-over-year growth, indicating a steady operational trajectory.
Expanding AI Reach: TPG currently serves over 70% of Taiwan's financial sector and is expanding into smart healthcare and international markets. Through the AISO alliance, the company is launching AI-integrated hardware and software solutions to capture demand across various industries in the Asia-Pacific region.
Global Strategic Partnerships: The company is aggressively pursuing international growth, including a recent technical integration with US-based Juxta for defense and logistics applications. By positioning itself as a key AI partner, TPG continues to attract international interest and strengthen its footprint in global markets.
