Semiconductor testing firm Han-Ce plans a late September IPO, with management forecasting growth through 2027 driven by surging demand for AI and HPC chip testing.

What Happened

IPO and Outlook: Semiconductor testing solution provider Han-Ce is set to list on the Taiwan stock market in late September, with an investor conference scheduled for the 26th. General Manager Wang Zi-jian stated that demand for AI and high-performance computing (HPC) chip testing is driving growth, with expectations for a stronger second half and sustained momentum through 2027.

Financial Performance: The company reported revenue of NT$2.668 billion for the first seven months of the year, a 128.18% year-over-year increase that already exceeds its full-year 2025 revenue. With first-half revenue reaching NT$2.2 billion and earnings per share exceeding NT$21, the company maintains a robust gross margin nearing 55%.

Business Transformation: Han-Ce’s business portfolio includes probe cards, engineering services, and semiconductor equipment. The revenue share of semiconductor equipment and customized products has now surpassed 50%, serving as the primary growth driver as these segments scale faster than traditional engineering services.

Strategic Growth Areas: The company is targeting four key growth pillars: high-power thermal management, advanced packaging equipment, high-speed memory system-level testing (SLT), and silicon photonics. By leveraging its global service network and customized solutions, Han-Ce aims to capture emerging opportunities in the AI and advanced packaging markets.
