Han-Ce, a semiconductor wafer testing solution provider, has initiated its IPO auction process with a floor price of NT$1,800 and a tentative offering price of NT$2,250, driven by robust growth in AI and HPC testing demand.

What Happened

IPO Details: Han-Ce has initiated its pre-listing auction for 4,192 shares with a floor price of NT$1,800 per share. The bidding period runs from September 7 to 9, with the final offering price tentatively set at NT$2,250 and a planned market debut in late September.

Operational Growth: Driven by surging demand for AI, high-performance computing (HPC), and advanced chip testing, Han-Ce has seen rapid expansion. In the first half of 2026, the company reported revenue of NT$2.185 billion and an EPS of NT$21.5, both marking record highs for the period.
