IPO Timeline: Ruyi Technology, a prominent Tier 1 automotive components supplier, is holding its pre-IPO investor conference today and expects to list on the Taipei Exchange as early as October. The company is currently expanding its footprint in Southeast Asia through joint ventures to capitalize on regional supply chain integration.
Financial Results: The company delivered impressive H1 results, with net profit reaching NT$97.55 million, a nearly 150% year-on-year increase, and EPS of NT$2.23. July revenue reached NT$200 million, up 32.93% year-on-year, bringing cumulative revenue for the first seven months to NT$1.283 billion.
Core Competencies: Ruyi specializes in the automotive OEM market, producing lighting systems, electronic switches, and light source modules.
