Financial Performance: Powertech Technology reported a record-breaking third-quarter revenue of NT$25.334 billion, marking a new historical high for the company. Cumulative revenue for the first nine months of the year reached NT$69.764 billion, representing a 30.35% year-on-year increase.
Growth Outlook: Management expects Q4 performance to surpass Q3, with full-year revenue likely to exceed the 2022 record of NT$83.9 billion. Price adjustments on certain product lines are expected to provide continued support for gross and operating margins.
Advanced Packaging Roadmap: The company is accelerating its FOPLP development, with mass production targeted for mid-2027. Additionally, small-scale production of optical engine components is set for year-end, with CPO components for switches expected to reach mass production by 2027.
Strategic Partnerships: Powertech is making steady progress on FOPLP projects for AMD and has entered the optical communications sector through a strategic collaboration with Broadcom. These partnerships are pivotal to the company's long-term strategy in the advanced packaging market.
