Nan Liang is ramping up production of high-value materials for AI and semiconductor packaging, with new products already entering the supply chain.

What Happened

Strategic Pivot to High-Value Materials: Nan Liang is aggressively targeting the AI and semiconductor packaging markets with its advanced polymer materials. Several new products have already passed customer certification and are moving into initial production phases, expected to drive revenue growth in the second half of the year.

Solid Financial Performance: The company reported August consolidated revenue of NT$209 million, up 9.91% year-on-year. Cumulative revenue for the first eight months reached NT$1.802 billion, an 11.44% increase, marking the highest level for the same period since 2023 across its sponge, specialty materials, and textile divisions.

Focus on Sustainability: In response to global ESG and low-carbon supply chain requirements, Nan Liang is prioritizing its "Eco-Family" line of green materials. By expanding its portfolio of bio-based and environmentally friendly products, the company is diversifying its reach beyond traditional protective and medical markets.

Market Outlook: Leveraging a multi-regional manufacturing strategy, Nan Liang is effectively managing raw material price fluctuations and supply chain risks. The company remains cautiously optimistic about the second half of the year as it continues to increase the proportion of high-value products in its total revenue mix.
