Daya reported a record-breaking September revenue of NT$3.57 billion, fueled by strong demand from Taipower's grid projects and semiconductor factory construction.
What Happened
Record-Breaking Revenue: Daya announced a record monthly revenue of NT$3.57 billion for September, a 30.32% year-over-year increase. Cumulative revenue for the first three quarters reached NT$27.89 billion, marking a 21.24% growth compared to the same period last year.
Grid and Factory Demand: Driven by Taipower's grid resilience initiatives, Daya maintains a healthy backlog of approximately NT$15 billion. Furthermore, the surge in semiconductor factory construction has significantly boosted demand for power equipment and cables, with order volumes doubling compared to previous periods.
Green Energy Expansion: Daya has established 70 solar power plants with a total capacity of 207MW. In the energy storage sector, the company manages nearly 200MW of projects, including the 75MW 'Daxu' facility which has successfully joined Taipower's AFC trading platform.
Enamel Wire Business: The company is successfully penetrating the drone market with its thermally conductive copper-clad aluminum wire. With reduced operational burdens following the closure of its Kunshan plant, Daya remains optimistic about the future profitability of its enamel wire division.
