Chieftek Precision reports a massive surge in orders for linear guides and motors, with visibility extending into Q1 next year as it expands production capacity.

What Happened

Surging Order Book: Chieftek Precision has secured thousands of orders from a leading international CPO equipment manufacturer, marking a nearly 30-fold increase over last year's total. This robust demand, fueled by silicon photonics and HBM equipment, provides clear visibility through the first quarter of next year.

Capacity Expansion: To meet rising demand, the company is accelerating the construction of its new plant in the Tainan Tree Valley Park, slated for Q4 production. Additionally, Chieftek is planning a new facility in Germany to better serve its international clients and strengthen its global market presence.

Strong Financial Growth: July consolidated revenue reached NT$137 million, a 47.7% year-over-year increase, marking 11 consecutive months of growth. First-half net profit soared 668% to NT$113 million, with EPS climbing to NT$1.30 from NT$0.17 in the same period last year.

Technological Innovation: The company is focusing on advanced optical assembly and alignment solutions, recently launching a new direct-drive six-degree-of-freedom alignment platform. This technology, featuring nano-level control, is designed to capture market share in high-precision semiconductor and electronics manufacturing.
