Operational Performance: The company saw a significant turnaround in the second quarter, with net profit surging 865.62% year-over-year to NT$26.72 million. This resulted in a quarterly EPS of NT$0.32, bringing the trailing twelve-month EPS to NT$0.62.
Strategic Focus: ASIX is leveraging its expertise in Ethernet chips to expand into industrial automation and AI-driven edge computing. Management expects the rising demand for interconnected manufacturing systems to sustain market momentum through the second half of the year.
New Product Development: The company is currently developing 10BASE-T1S PMD chips, with a tape-out scheduled for the second half of the year. These products target collaborative robots and embodied AI, serving as a new growth pillar alongside the company's existing Ethernet IC portfolio.
