IPO Progress: Systex Information (7781-TW) has obtained a formal tech business approval letter from the Ministry of Digital Affairs, a critical milestone for its public listing. Chairman Yao Sheng-fu confirmed that the company aims to file for an IPO as early as the fourth quarter of this year.
Operational Performance: While the company reported a net loss of 65.79 million TWD for the first half of the year, the loss per share of 0.11 TWD represents an improvement over the previous year. Revenue for the first seven months reached 497 million TWD, reflecting a 12.9% year-on-year growth.
Market Presence: Systex holds over 70% of the domestic financial sector market share and is expanding into smart healthcare and sovereign AI. Through the AISO alliance, the firm is scaling its operations across East Asia, including Japan, Singapore, and Vietnam.
Strategic Partnerships: The company has recently partnered with US-based Juxta to integrate UPS technology with its software, targeting defense, smart logistics, and autonomous equipment markets. As an AI partner, Systex is aggressively pursuing international expansion opportunities.
