Server rail manufacturer Nan-Jun International (6584) reports record August revenue, bolstered by AI server shipments and new supplier status for Nvidia's latest platforms.
What Happened
Revenue Growth: Nan-Jun International (6584) posted August revenue of NT$280 million, a 37% year-over-year increase, bringing its year-to-date total to NT$2.27 billion. This 50.1% growth is driven primarily by consistent shipments of GB-series AI server rails and general-purpose server components.
Market Positioning: Server-related products now account for 70% of Nan-Jun's total revenue, with general-purpose servers making up 50% and AI-related servers contributing 20%. The company is benefiting from improved component supply and increased demand for Intel's new Birch Stream platform.
Client Milestones: The company was added to Nvidia's recommended supplier list for the Vera Rubin platform in June, with small-scale shipments beginning in August and volume expected to ramp up in September. Additionally, ASIC cabinet rails are scheduled for mass production this month following successful compatibility testing with a major contract manufacturer.
Profitability Outlook: Analysts expect Nan-Jun's consolidated revenue to trend upward through the third and fourth quarters as new-generation server projects enter mass production. Improved product mix and higher capacity utilization are projected to support continued expansion in both gross and operating margins.
