Electronic testing firm Dongyan Xinchao is expanding its Guishan facility to meet surging demand for high-power AI server testing, with orders booked through early 2027.
What Happened
Operational Expansion: Dongyan Xinchao reported an 8.5% year-to-date revenue growth and announced the construction of its third Guishan plant. The new facility is expected to be operational by the second half of next year to accommodate rising AI-related testing demand.
Advanced Testing Capabilities: The new plant will feature 2.5MW testing capacity and liquid-to-liquid cooling systems to support high-density AI server architectures. This strategic investment aims to increase the company's share of high-value testing contracts and strengthen ties with major cloud service providers.
Surging AI Demand: Global investments in AI infrastructure have driven a need for specialized testing, with the company's order book for AI-specific services extending to February 2027. The existing Guishan plant is currently operating on a 24-hour, three-shift schedule to maximize throughput.
Diversified Business Model: Alongside its AI-focused growth, the company maintains steady demand in consumer electronics testing. By integrating these segments, Dongyan Xinchao aims to solidify its competitive edge in high-end testing and ensure long-term operational growth.
