Strategic Business Pivot: Chang Shing Tech is successfully diversifying its revenue streams by entering the AI infrastructure market. The company has commenced shipments of AI cabinet and rack components, with its non-speaker business segment growing to 8% in the first half of 2026.
Expansion and Capacity: To meet rising demand from major clients, Chang Shing is doubling down on its Vietnam operations. The company plans to invest $40 million in its Ho Chi Minh City facility to scale up production capacity for specialized hardware.
Growth Outlook: Analysts expect the company's second-half performance to outperform the first half of the year. Beyond AI hardware, Chang Shing is also expanding into plastic injection molding, with samples currently under evaluation by Harman.
Financial Performance: The company reported a strong 2025 fiscal year with a 58.64% increase in net profit. Following a dividend payout of 1.59 TWD, the company is increasing its capital base to 1 billion TWD to support its ongoing investment and expansion initiatives.
