Strong Quarterly Results: Acer reported a second-quarter net profit of NT$2.17 billion, marking a significant 209.3% increase quarter-over-quarter and a 100.2% year-over-year jump. The company's earnings per share (EPS) reached NT$0.72, signaling a post-pandemic peak in profitability driven by its diversified business strategy.
Revenue and Margin Growth: Quarterly revenue hit NT$85.3 billion, up 17.8% sequentially and 28.2% annually, while the gross margin improved to 11.4%. Operating profit climbed to NT$1.78 billion with an operating margin of 2.1%, reflecting improved operational efficiency alongside revenue expansion.
First-Half Performance: For the first half of the year, Acer accumulated NT$157.73 billion in revenue, a 23.3% year-over-year increase. Net profit for the same period rose by 79.6% to NT$2.87 billion, resulting in an EPS of NT$0.96, confirming a solid upward trend in financial performance.
